Found Prospect Appliance Repair after a quick online search, and glad I did! My Whirlpool dishwasher conked out, and I needed a quick fix. Called them up and booked an appointment for the next day. Pretty straightforward and hassle-free. The tech arrived right on time. Super friendly guy, knew what he was doing. Figured out the problem in no time. Turns out it was a faulty motor. He had the part ready and swapped it out fast. I was up and running in less than an hour. Living in Santee, CA, it feels good to have a reliable service nearby. I've had my fair share of repair folks who were all talk, but these guys are the real deal. What impressed me the most was how informative they were. No jargon, just simple talk. They made sure I understood what was happening. Totally appreciated that. Prospect Appliance Repair definitely gained a new fan. Reasonable pricing too, didn’t feel like I was getting overcharged.
